A World-Class Graduate Teacher Trainee Programme
Our mission in Corona Schools Trust Council is to deliver world class education. This means to deliver an education that is in line with the current trends in the international community and which prepares students who are able to function, survive and flourish in the 21stcentury.
However, numerous challenges inhibit the smooth implementation of the Corona curriculum. A significant area that has and continues to pose a serious challenge is the dearth of technically qualified teachers
The Programme
* The Corona I-TEACH Program is to assess bright young graduates each year, irrespective of their initial academic discipline.
* This 21st century teacher development & recruitment program intends to attract our nation’s most promising future leaders into the teaching profession.
* Secondly, as part of our corporate social responsibility we will provide the platform for an employability training program.
* At the end of the training, candidates who meet our short listing criteria will graduate into the trainee scheme. This is the first of the inbuilt evaluation processes.
* The Program will involve a 6 month wide spectrum core teacher and personal development training Program which will utilize various forms of training methodologies useful for adult learning and engagement.

The Role: KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER
The successful candidate will be required to:
Manage & develop minimum of four (4) & a maximum of six (6) customers.
Develop customer capability for managing & executing trade marketing initiatives.
Effectively manage customer stock turnaround & service level into credit management.
Develop & implement systems & process for key accounts management.
Measure & improve customer profitability.
Develop skills for customer’s sales representatives.
The Person: The right candidate must:
Possess minimum of B.SC in Science or related management discipline.
Have between three (3) to five (5) years working experience in similar role.
Have good communication skills.
Have excellent interpersonal skills.
Have good knowledge of inventory management (experience in Key Accounts Management would be an added advantage).
Be exceptional at relationship management and business development with extensive customer interaction.
Posses a CAN DO attitude, exhibiting our core values – COURAGE, ACCOUNTABILITY, NETWORKING, DRIVE, ONENESS.
