1.) Executive Chef


Requirements
Ability to manage and develop menus, cost control
Knowledge of different cuisines (Chinese, Italian, etc)
Minimum of 8 years experience required

2.) Pastry Chef

Requirements
Ability to prepare all type of muffins, doughnuts, cakes, pies and bread

3.) Cooks


Requirements
Knowledge of both continental and Africa Dishes
At least 3 years experience required

4.) Bartenders

Requirement
At least 3 years experience required

5.) Porters


Requirement
At least 1 year experience required

6.) Housekeepers


Requirement
At least 1 year experience required

7.) Waitresses

Requirement
Must be good looking with good knowledge of sales
