The Job
Reports to the Flour Operations Director, manages the handling of bulk wheat from ship discharge to supply in the mills and from bulk loading to varied demands in volume and specifications. Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping and operational efficiency within the wheat transfer system and head house facility.
Enhances and develop skills of his team, identify relevant competency training gaps and follow through with the required training. Manages the daily reconciliation of stocks and works with agreed key measurement criteria within the company
Qualification:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
The Person
The person should be self confident with excellent interpersonal skills, must be an effective team player, proactive and physically fit
Experience
Minimum of 5 years working experience in an automated fast moving and continuous (24/7) production environment. Computer literacy with experience in using PLC operating system is also necessary
