Globacom Limited, a National Operator in GSM, Fixed, Broadband, Gateway is currently recruiting for Sales DirectorQualifications
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, marketing, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant discipline.
MBA, relevant professional courses or any other relevant post- graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum of 20 years progressive operational and managerial experience with at least 5 years at senior managerial level in Telecommunications, especially in corporate sales management. Proven track record in the development and implementation of strategy for acquiring subscribers.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction for the overall operations of various units to achieve sales targets.
Monitor and achieve sales budget.
Train and develop sales team.
