POSITION: Head, Logistics/Admin
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position is responsible for smooth and efficient operations of the company’s facilities and utilities as well as management of the Human Resources of the company.
PERSONS SPECIFICATION:
* Good degree/HND in Social Sciences or related disciplines.
* Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria is an added advantage.
* Minimum of 10 years related work experience of which 5 must be at Management level.
* Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
* Demonstrated familiarity with HR Management policies/procedures, safety codes/policies, good leadership ability.
* Position requires advanced IT skills.
