Job description

A GTS Operations Specialist will support and advise the business. The candidate for this role supports leaders in developing winning strategies and tackles challenges within the business. They will drive improvements, roll out strategy and offer expertise in Africa expansion, fostering a close relationship with sales executives and line of business leaders. In addition they will support the GSO mission with primary emphasis on core GSO processes such as Sales Execution and IBM Sales Model activities, interfacing within GSO and other organizations across IBM (F&P, Business Operations, Finance, Sales Operations, Sales etc). They will drive the GSO mission and deliver operational services which enables sales success supporting sales teams to deliver Signings and Revenue. They will support the sales leaders in creating value propositions and will implement the GTS management system with particular attention to discipline. www.nigeriabestjobs.com The Operations Specialist will also be responsible for delivering final offer to client and making sure it is delivered on time and complying with all processes and getting all approvals.
Successful applicant will also be Involved in the development and deployment of global internal control program strategies / initiatives.
Will be required to help others to interpret & understand policies and processes. Business Control (GTS WA MSAC) and other overall service delivery center operation and administration.

Required
• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 2 years experience in Analysis/Reporting/Querying Tools
• At least 2 years experience in pipeline metrics, and conducting calls weekly
• At least 2 years experience in a process drives environment
• At least 2 years experience in leading teams that include subcontractors.
• English: Fluent
Preferred
• Associate’s Degree/College Diploma
• At least 3 years experience in Analysis/Reporting/Querying Tools
• At least 3 years experience in pipeline metrics, and conducting calls weekly
• At least 3 years experience in a process drives environment
• At least 3 years experience in leading teams that include subcontractors.
