Recruitment Officer (2-year renewable contract)
Duties
Successful candidate will among other things:
The recruitment Officer will among other things
Attend to requests for recruitment of National Staff
Prepare draft job advertisements and advice the personnel manager on mode of advertisement
Conduct initial orientation of new high integrity, recruits in the General and Senior Staff categories.
Constantly explore ways of carrying out efficient and cost effective talent hunt and staffing functions,
Prepare recruitment and interview updates for the Personnel Manager and Human Resources Manager.
Manage temporary labour recruitment and maintain labour records
Qualification And Experience
Bsc/HND in Business or Management or Humana Resource related discipline.
A Professional Certificate of CIPM is added advantage.
Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in management of recruitment of large organization
